Signs of safety is a new way of working that will be introduced within Children’s Social Care over the next 12 months. This will radically change the way we assess and manage risk and safeguarding of our young people.
All staff working in Children’s Services across the multi-agency partnership who have an active involvement within safeguarding should attend the Signs of Safety Awareness sessions in preparation of the formal launch of the process in 2018 by Children’s Social Care, to learn about the programme, why it is being introduced and what it means for you.
There are currently four sessions available:
19th April 2018
18th September 2018
17th January 2019
All sessions will take place in the Council Chambers, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, Essex, RM17 6SL.
To book a space, please click here and complete our online booking form
Please note that whilst this training is free, failure to attend without 48 hours notice will result in a £50 non attendance fee
