As a statutory body the LSCB has a requirement to meet certain procedural expectations. In order to achieve this there are in place a number of policies, protocols and structures to ensure that it meets both national, regional and local expectations.

This section of the website is predominantly for professionals and agencies that work within the safeguarding arena so they are able to monitor the work of the LSCB. It also provides to the community the opportunity to see some of the inner workings of the LSCB and be a supportive observer.

Thurrock LSCB respect and acknowledge the rights of partner organistaions for recognition of reports and documents either directly linked or forming a part of the content of this website. Where possible we will endorse or acknowledge individual organisations content in this section.
